I need to locate two articles to read online. They are about treating ADHD and I do not know where they were published... a Psychological Journal..

How can I find the article to read online? I need to reference this one in a paper I am writing. I have several other authors and years that I need to locate the articles so that I can read them and ref. them in my paper: Layne & Berry, 1983 Shapiro & Cole 1994 Can you send me the link to retrieve these articles off the internet or using Galileo? Thanks for your help!

Answer

Try the GALILEO Citation Finder, available at http://www.galileo.usg.edu/scholar/fvsu/journals/cited-article/, to determine if the full-text of the article is available.  If you are unable to locate the articles in GALILEO, try searching for them in Google Scholar (http://scholar.google.com).  Google Scholar is a google-like index of scholary information.  In order to illuminate the full-text of articles available to FVSU students, once logged on to Google Scholar, go to Scholar Preferences > Library Links and type in FVSU.  Doing so will provide full-text links to content, when available.

If you are unable to find the articles you are looking for in either Google Scholar or GALILEO, you can request them via Interlibrary Loan. Please see the attached guide for instructions on how to use this service.  Feel free to contact us again if we can be of further assistance.
