What is the difference between the different online options available from the "Find It" menu?

There is some overlap among the different GALILEO databases in terms of coverage. There may be occassions when the full-text of a journal is available in multiple databases, and in some cases from multiple vendors.
In most cases, the full-text content is the same, regardless of the link selected.
